Timeline

To accommodate differences in schedules across individuals and universities, we will be conducting two waves of applications. The first wave will correspond to those on the semester system like students at UC Berkeley and Georgia Tech. The second wave will correspond to those on the quarter system like at Stanford. Because mentee applications and project proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis, these waves are more of a coordination mechanism than a strict window.

Projects will run for a minimum of 3 months, and can go longer if the team is interested.
